| 1 cup sugar | |
| 1 cup light Karo syrup | |
| 1 - 12 oz jar peanut butter, plain or crunchy | |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla | |
| 5 cups Special K cereal | |
| Stir together sugar and syrup. Heat in a saucepan until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well and pour over Special K cereal. Mix until all cereal is well-coated. Butter hands and roll in a small balls immediately, placing on waxed paper. Cookies will firm up as they cool. | |
