DEPARTURES
- All departures are from Shreveport, LA at the EastGate Shopping Center located at 1710 East 70th Street unless otherwise stated or arrangements have been made for a private group.  All departures are based on a minimum number of participants which will vary from trip to trip, usually 34 to 40 people.

TRANSPORTATION – Round trip by spacious motorcoach with restroom, air-conditioning, adjustable seats, video monitors, P/A system and tinted windows.  Some coaches have kitchen galleys.

ACCOMMODATIONS – are highly rated & chosen for location, cleanliness, management & staff. Our prices are quoted based on double occupancy (2 beds-2 people) unless otherwise stated in our tour description. Ground floor/non-smoking rooms are booked where possible, but are not always available. Passengers with physical disabilities must be accompanied by a responsible tour partner who can assist them when necessary. No guarantees on special accommodations are made.

SIGHTSEEING
– All admissions, guides & tours are covered in the outlined tour price.

MEALS – Covered as stated in the itinerary. Described as Continental Breakfast–CB, Breakfast– B, Lunch – L, Dinner – D.

LUGGAGE
– Limited to 1 large bag per person & 1 small carry-on bag to fit the overhead parcel rack inside the coach. This carry-on is your responsibility. Folded garment bags are permitted but no hanging bags.

GRATUITIES
– All tips to the bellmen, doormen and dining room tips on meals in the itinerary are included. The customary $ 1 per day, per passenger, gratuity to the driver, tour escort and step-on guides are not included. Gratuities are strictly voluntary that you may extend to the driver, escort or step-on guide for their services rendered.

TOUR DIRECTOR – Each tour is fully escorted by a congenial host whose responsibility includes the handling of all tour details and offering complete attention to the comfort and pleasure of the tour guests.

DRIVERS – are hand picked professionals, selected for their reliability, safety record, congeniality and genuine concern for our guests welfare.

TOUR  PRICE  DOES  NOT  INCLUDE:

MEALS – other than those listed in the itinerary or those listed as oyo (on your own).

PERSONAL EXPENSES – for valet & room service, telephone calls, etc. will be paid by the individuals making them before we depart each hotel or attraction.

CANCELLATION POLICY – a full refund will be made if a trip is cancelled by Holladay Tours.  If you cancel a trip after the non-refundable deadline listed in the tour description, and do not have cancellation insurance, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements.  We reserve the right to make refunds on an individual basis according to vendor (hotels, attractions, etc) refund policies, number of persons on the tour and individual circumstances.  Cancellation Insurance is recommended and may be purchased for a nominal fee.  Insurance refunds will be made by Travel Guard International based upon their criteria.

INSURANCE – all passengers are insured while on Holladay Tours (HT) motorcoach only;  the hotels,  cruise ship, trains, other modes of transportations, restaurants, attractions, etc. are liable for any injury that might occur while off the (HT) motorcoach.  Holladay Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles or luggage.  We recommend that adequate trip / travel insurance be purchased prior to the trip to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS

– excluding one day trips, which are on a first come first serve basis, will be made depending upon tour length, number of people on the tour.

COMP POLICY – 1 complementary tour package will be given to group leaders for every 30 paid; 2 per 40 paid.  Sorry, no partial credit can be given.

FINAL TOUR INFORMATION – Ten to fourteen days prior to departure you will receive final tour information as to specific departure points and time, luggage tags, hotel list with phone numbers, any changes in itinerary and any other helpful information.

SMOKING & ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
are not permitted on the motorcoach.  Frequent stops are made permitting smoking opportunities.

DEVOTIONAL – On many of  our tours we are traveling on Sunday.  Holladay Tours will provide some type of worship service, including scripture reading and prayer.

Holladay Tours goal is to provide a compatible and friendly atmosphere, with smooth, efficient operation of each tour.  We do reserve the right to make changes in tour itineraries, substitute accommodations, attractions or meal arrangements of equivalent or better value.  Our tours are planned months in advance and if improvements can be made or if unforeseen conditions beyond our control deem necessary changes, then we will do so.  In the event we cancel a tour, for insufficient participation, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.  We will always strive to give you our guests the best possible tour for the best price possible.  Holladay Tours acts solely as your agent for tickets, restaurants, attractions, hotels, transportation and any other Supplier/Vendors stated in your tour.  No liability is assumed for personal injury, property damage, other loss, accidents, delays, inconvenience or baggage damage in connection with the service of contracted supplier.  Holladay Tours and its Supplier/Vendors reserve the right not to accept or retain anyone on a tour/charter whose condition or general deportment impedes the operation of the tour/charter or affects the rights of other passengers.  A refund of the unused tour services is the limit of Holladay Tours liability if a person is required to leave the tour/charter.  We would like to thank you for giving Holladay Tours the opportunity to serve you and we look forward to a long and lasting friendship.  Happy Trails to You !
