Final Trip Information

A Final Trip Letter will be sent to each tour guest about 10 days prior to departure.  This correspondence will contain the trip itinerary, list of hotels and their phone numbers where we’ll be lodging, luggage tags, and a guest list.  We will also give you the departure time and departure location (see our departure map), information about parking, luggage, identification (if traveling out of the USA), clothing, special diets, etc.
